We have set a 2020 Impact Goal of improving the cardiovascular health of all Americans by 20 percent while reducing deaths from heart disease and stroke by 20 percent.
Our research and educational programs are critical to helping people live stronger, longer lives and build healthier communities all over the globe.

Dr. J.C. Crager Award
Dr. J.C. Crager was responsible for establishing the American Heart Association Board in Beaumont and served as the National Board Chair of the American Heart Association. This is the 36th year we have honored outstanding citizens who have continued his legacy of saving lives from cardiovascular disease and have dedicated their lives to improving the quality of life in the Golden Triangle.
