Griffin Barnett
Griffin Barnett, is the Heart Ball’s special featured heart hero. In utero, Griffin was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. This beautiful, outgoing, courageous little boy had his first open heart surgery at only 3 days old. At 4, he went into Congestive Heart Failure and during his 4th open heart surgery received a heart transplant. Griffin has since made a remarkable recovery. The Barnett Family will share their story and highlight why the mission of the American Heart Association to support cardiovascular research and education is critical now more than ever.
